Embroidered badges, which are the fabric-based badges in badge production, also known as embroidered seals, are created by using computerized embroidery machines to stitch logos or patterns onto the fabric. They are widely used in LOGO emblem badges, lapel badges, shoulder badges, etc.
1，The back of the embroidery badge is mainly divided into six types: iron-on backing, plastic backing, adhesive backing, vinyl backing, velcro backing, and no backing.
2，Both hard rubber and soft rubber need to be heated and pressed onto the clothes. However, the temperatures required for them are different. For soft rubber, you can use your own iron to iron the embroidery onto the clothes. For hard rubber, you need to use a high-temperature hot water machine to heat and apply it to the clothes. Self-adhesive rubber can be directly torn off and stuck onto the clothes, but it is not very strong and tends to fall off. It might not be used again after one use.
3，velcro backign. On the back of the embroidered piece, sew a hooked Velcro strip, and on the garment, sew a flat Velcro strip. Then just attach it on. It can be easily removed at any time, which is very convenient.
The embroidered badges can be washed normally in water without falling off easily. If they do come off, they can be reattached by applying glue and pressing them back on the back.
Step 1: Place the fabric patch flat on the desired area. The side with the hot melt adhesive should be facing the clothing. Preheat the iron. Then, iron the fabric patch from the front side for 10 to 20 seconds to fix its position.
Step 2: Turn the fixed fabric patch together with the clothing (or other textiles) over, and set the ironing iron's temperature at 150-170 degrees. Iron from the reverse side for 10-15 minutes. The embroidered fabric patch will then be firmly attached to the clothing (or other textiles).
Step 3: Finally, iron the fabric from the front for 1-2 minutes. Iron the edges and corners of the fabric sticker to make the surface smooth and flat, ensuring a perfect fit with the clothes (or other textiles).
