一,During the pattern-making process, the stitch spacing must be kept consistent. When the stitch spacing is not uniform, the chain stitch pattern will become unstable; and the height of the towel stitch pattern will also be inconsistent, resulting in an unsatisfactory sewing effect.
二,The setting of stitch length varies according to the thickness of the sewing thread, the thickness of the fabric, and the required stitch density for the pattern. In the same pattern, the stitch length should not be changed.
三,When stitching requires jumping stitches, certain fabrics will deform as they jump. Therefore, the pattern jumps should be as short as possible wherever they occur. (Note: Wrapped embroidery and ribbon embroidery cannot have jumping stitches.)
四,Do not set the jump stitch after the pattern is finished, otherwise the towel loop will be caught by the machine needle.
五,When starting to jump from the towel embroidery pattern, first complete a few chain stitch lines before jumping the needle. If you start jumping directly from the towel embroidery, the embroidery thread will be lifted, causing the towel loop to spread open.
六,Usually, two or three stitch chain patterns are used to complete the towel embroidery designs. If the towel is used as the final product, the stitches will spread out when changing the fabric.
七,Avoid making sudden changes in the direction of the embroidery. Otherwise, loose threads may come off, especially when winding rust and attaching the embroidery. This can cause thread bunching, making the stitches bulge and resulting in an unattractive appearance. Generally, the direction changes should be within 90 degrees.
