The thermal transfer printing technology is widely applied in various fields such as irregular ceramics, containers, textiles, and product labels printing. Heat transfer printing is a process that transfers graphic information from an intermediate carrier to the surface or layer of the substrate by applying heat and pressure. It is called heat transfer printing. It is a special type of printing that has emerged through the integration and mutual penetration of traditional conventional printing methods with various industrial technologies.

First, print the color patterns on a heat-resistant substrate film (through release treatment), and then use a dedicated transfer device to transfer them to the surface of the product by heat transfer printing. The heat transfer printing process has reliable quality, stable technology, and a good material formula that is closely matched with the equipment.

The heat transfer printing process can be simply referred to as "stencil printing" and can be classified into the following categories:

1，High-temperature stenciling

Mainly used for cotton and blended-spun knitted garments. Such as T-shirts, pajamas, etc. The patterns have photo effects and become soft and elastic after ironing.

2，Low-temperature stenciling

Mainly used for nylon fabric and PU artificial leather, such as stretch sports clothes, swimsuits, down jackets, sports shoes, leather gloves, etc. The pattern effect after ironing is the same as that of high-temperature heat transfer printing. It is suitable for stretch clothing and has an excellent elasticity effect.

3，Flocked painting

The application scope is wide. It can usually be used for women's stockings, men's cotton socks, clothing trademarks, knitted children's clothes, etc. The patterns have a three-dimensional effect and can be combined in multiple colors. After ironing, it is soft, elastic, and has strong adhesion.

4.Penetrating foam transfer painting

It is mainly used for cotton, synthetic fiber knitted shirts, woolen sweaters, jeans, etc. Its main features are that it penetrates into the fabric, has good breathability, the foaming part has strong three-dimensionality, the raised texture is good, the hand feels soft after ironing, and the adhesion is strong.
