A combination of twill fabric and plain embroidery was adopted:
The body of the dragon and the text were decorated with full satin patterns to ensure a three-dimensional and highly glossy effect;
The flames and auspicious clouds were filled with plain embroidery, presenting distinct layers and clear details;
The base fabric and the hem: Black twill fabric, with the edges processed using lockstitch / hemming techniques to prevent unraveling and enhance durability;
Through the special hook mechanism of the computerized embroidery machine, the embroidery thread is pulled out to form a three-dimensional pile, creating a fluffy texture similar to that of a towel or a rug. Hence, it is called "towel embroidery". Using orange towel embroidery, it perfectly mimics the granular texture of a basketball surface, with a soft touch and extremely strong three-dimensional effect.
Through the multi-needle flat embroidery of the computerized embroidery machine, the layers and details of the picture are recreated using white density embroidery thread. The complex pattern embroidery designs are produced by printing colors with a heat press machine. This is the mainstream process of embroidery.
